Corporate Engineering Ltd., established in 1995 by Sam McCoy, is a Silchester-based manufacturing company specialising in the bespoke and high-quality manufacture of GRP products. Glass-reinforced plastic is a versatile material and is the main material used in all of our manufacturing processes at Corporate Engineering. Also known as fibreglass, GRP is known for its environmental benefits as well as its extreme durability.

Processes
All panels are fitted with threaded inserts for use with lifting eyes, and all installation operations are covered by site-specific method statements and risk assessments.
Installation of GRP Covers is an important part of our service. Even the installation of a simple cover requires careful planning to ensure a safe and satisfactory outcome. As a supplier, risk reduction during the installation phase is paramount to us during the cover’s design.
All installation activities are covered by project-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements. These can be supplied in Corporate Engineering’s own format or in a format to suit the customer’s requirements.
All crane operations are covered by a crane plan drawn up by a fully qualified Appointed Person.
Our installation personnel are fully trained and qualified to work on construction sites and operational water and sewage treatment plants.
Staff
Over the years, Corporate Engineering has continuously evolved to best serve our clients’ needs. However, throughout it all, one thing has always remained the same - to hire only the brightest and most talented people to bring the heart and passion to our company.
Our design team are qualified and experienced Designers, with proficiency in AutoCAD which is the main program used to design the schematics for our projects before they're made by our joyful factory team.
Championing stellar customer service are our office team -- Lisa, our office manager, maintains a smooth and regular system throughout the workplace ensuring everything gets done and nothing gets left behind.
Our new managing directors Gavin and Gary are proud to now lead the team in a modern and efficient direction, and both having been with CEL for many years, this was the right move for the company.
